He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd C. Frazier and Lillian Frazier (Richter); and his brother Ronald Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Marie Frazier (Santucci); his children, Heather Cunningham (Brian) of Girard and Shane Frazier (Matilda) of Niles; his grandchildren, Rachel Cunningham of Girard and Adam Cunningham of Girard; and his sisters, Lana Santucci (Anthony) of Vienna, OH and Cheryl Prem (Randy) of Youngstown.
