She was predeceased by: her parents, Kazmier Bielak and Marcella Dombrowski Bielak; her husband Harry Nachim; and her siblings, Frank Bielak, John Okomski, Stella Rendziniak, Helen Telesz and Victoria Okomski. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church (526 W Rayen Ave, Youngstown, OH 44502). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
