She was predeceased by: her parents, L. C. Bryant and Sarah Bryant (Chester); her stepmother Pearl Bryant; and her siblings, Johnny, Isaac, Willie, Linsey Bryant and Geraldine Newby.
She is survived by: her husband Nelson Blakely Jr.; her sons, Nelson Blakely III of Columbus and Travis Blakely of Columbus; her siblings, Larry Bryant of Warren, Mary Williams of Youngstown and Little Teasiea Jennings of Warren; her pet Cici; and her grandchild Baxter Jaymes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, "chosen" children, "chosen" grandchildren and friends.
