Barker, David Holliday and James Holliday; and his nieces and nephews, Mike Sloan, David Sloan (Michelle), Kim Helmetzi (Dave), Samantha Sloan and Patty Vinje (Chad). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
