She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl W. Pascute and Margaret Z. Metz Pascute; her husband Joseph W. Howell; her great grandchild Grayson; and her sister Alberta Gearhart.
She is survived by: her close friend Karl Green; her sons, Douglas Baker (Heather) of Rootstown, OH and Tomas Baker of Warren, OH; her siblings, Bruce Pascute (Linda) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Peggy Selby of Memphis, TN and David Pascute of Leavittsburg, OH; and her grandchildren, Gabriel, Archer, Gabrielle, Lauri, Sean and Harrison.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
