Arthur L. Elser Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 82, Arthur L. Elser of Warren, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry V. Elser and Margaret Owens (Funk); his brothers, Phillip and Ronald Elser; and his daughter Julie Elser.
He is survived by: his brother Harry Elser of Warren, Ohio; and his daughters, Dorothy Flickinger of Wooster, Ohio and Jennifer Elser of Wooster, Ohio. He is also survived by three grand daughters; two grandsons; along with several nieces and nephews.
