With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anna Marie Baciu of Warren, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anna left this world on January 28, 2025 at the age of 103, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amato Bufalini and Chiara Stefanacci Bufalini; her husband John Baciu Sr.; and her siblings, Edward, Joseph, Anthony, Leonard, Louie, Carl Bufalini, Elsie Bufalini, Olga Abruzzi, Virginia Ritchey, Iola Gasparini of Saltsburg Pa, Emma Boutette and Leona Poff.
She is survived by: her children, John Baciu Jr. (Barb Shaffer Goncz) of Warren and Lori Tonne (Daniel) of Reynoldsburg; her grandsons, Anthony, Zachary Baciu, Andrew Tonne and Merritt Adkins (Joshua); and her brother Harry Bufalini of Avonmore. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel (1884 North Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. James Church (2532 Burton St SE, Warren, OH 44484).
