He is survived by: his wife Brenda Petrosky Crouse; his daughter Dr. Abbey Crouse, DC (Ray Porea) of North Royalton; his grandsons, Jameson Beecher and Gabriel Russel Porea; his siblings, Mary Kelley Spear (Jim) of Hudson, Gail Hawkins (David) of Dunlap, Anita Stocz (Mark) of Cortland, Dan Crouse (Darlene) of Warren, Ralph Crouse of El Paso and Henry Crouse (Maureen) of Chesterland; and his sister-in-law Kathy Crouse Bacorn of Cortland.
