He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Wayne Bartlett (Ruth). He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his son Rich Bartlett (Jana) of Lawrenceburg; his stepson Jeff Hacker (late Lisa) of Clarksville; his daughter Shelley Burnham (Brad) of DeKalb Junction; his stepdaughters, Gina Cook (Scott) of South Lebanon and Debby Moore of Lebanon; his siblings, Wallace Bartlett (Brenda) of Maineville, George Bartlett (Peggy) of Blanchester and Diane Bartlett of Loveland; and his grandchildren, Ryan Burnham of Fairbanks and Adam Burnham (Lauren) of Baldwinsville. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
A Celebration of Richard's Life will follow at 1pm. in lieu of flowers donations may be made in Richard's name to the American Heart Association, 5211 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227.
