She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Conn and Lucy Murl Conn (DeHart); her brothers, Willie Dennis, Kenneth Martin, Charles Ray and Daniel Roger; and her son Brian Lee Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Allan Cook; her sons, Steve Cook (Lori) and Mark Cook; her brother David Maston Conn; her grandchildren, Jessica Cook (Martin), Cassidy Cook (Crooks), Adam Cook and Amy Cook (Harlamert); and her great grandchildren, Miles Martin, Julian Martin and Jackson Dale Harlamert.
