She is survived by: her children, Peggy Jones (Michael) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Kathy Holland (Edward) of Davenport, FL and Timothy Forman (Peggy) of Sebring, FL; and her grandchildren, Amy Short (Rob Ireton) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Melinda McNeill (Sean) of Canal Fulton, Ohio, April Irwin (Brent) of Greensboro, NC, Randy Forman of Hamilton, David Holland (Miranda) of Ft. Worth, TX and Josh Forman (Lauren) of Bethel. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
