He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy and Julia; and his wife Freda. He is survived by: his sons, David Hurtt (Barb) of Centerville, Ronald Hurtt (Bobbi) of Lebanon, Larry Hurtt (Debra) of Massillon and Kevin Hurtt (Tina) of Sheraton, Arkansas; his siblings, Homer Hurtt (Irene) and Ann Henderson; his grandchildren, Lisa, Mindy, Rebkah, Jennifer, Whitney, Natalie, Elizabeth, Kristopher, Renee and Randi; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Maceon, Marlee, Alanna, Olivia, Dorian, Lillian, Averie, Frankie, Nikolas, Gage, Katelyn, Riley, Brody, Elle, Ethan and Violet. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the family has requested private graveside services for immediate family only in Lebanon Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in David's memory to Hospice of Cincinnati.
