He was predeceased by: his sister Donna Marie Monfort. He is survived by: his spouse Treva Ann Monfort (Sonderman); his children, Wayne Eric Monfort (Peggy) of Wapakoneta, OH and Mary Ann Morgret (Randy) of Fairborn, OH; his sister Joann Carol Monfort of Lima, OH; his great grandchildren, Alex, Kainen, Mackenzie, Andrew, Makayla and Adrian; and also, Kasey Monfort (Kelly), Samantha Gross (Keon), Michael Samons and Blake Samons (Marissa).
