He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Neeley and Chrystal Neeley (Spencer); his wife Barbara J. Nance; his brother Larry Neeley; and his granddaughter Izabella.
He is survived by: his son Jimmy Neeley (Wanda); and his siblings, Geneva Opperman (John), Maxine Hackworth (Amos), Patricia Lhamon, Christina Bucher and Jim Neeley.
