He is survived by: his parents, Robert O'Neal and Sonja O'Neal (Chilcoat); his children, Destiny, Neal, Maddi O'Neal, Tristan O'Neal and Cali O'Neal; his siblings, Robert O'Neal, Jr. (Cheryl) and Terry Hernandez (John); his brother-in-law Ron Martin; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Ickes (Jason Hamlin), Jason Hernandez, Natasha O'Neal, Jonathan O'Neal, Christiana O'Neal and Trinity O'Neal; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Xavier Ickes, Aiden Hernandez, Dante Hernandez and Jameson Hamlin.
