He was predeceased by: his son Keith Andrew Smith; and his siblings, Ned Smith, Jack E. Smith and Jane Parsons. He is survived by: his spouse Jane A. Smith; and his children, Scott Smith (Heather) of Michigan, Roger Smith (Julie) and Jessica Smith. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
