He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger F. Hines and Gloria K. Burden Hines; his daughter Lyndsey Hines; his siblings, Kevin Meyer and Julie Hines; and his grandparents, Carl, Lillian Hines, Jim and Irene Burden.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Nance; his sons, Corey Todd Hines of Wapakoneta and Alex Eugene Hines of Wapakoneta; his grandson Kaylum James Douglas Hines; his siblings, Brian Meyer (Karen) of Buckland, Ryan Hines of Buckland, Brenda Galentine (Del) of Wapakoneta, Fran Stieneke (Tom) of Freyburg, Robin Lutz (Wayne) of Uniopolis, Joannie Lynn (Rick) and Barb Fisher; his sister-in-law Terri Wenning (Joe) of Ottawa; his parents-in-law, Clifford and Judy Nance of Wapakoneta; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Nance (Tracy) and Susan Blatz (Brian) of Wapakoneta.
