It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas R. Oen of Wapakoneta, Ohio, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Oen and Edith Oen (Hengstler); his wife Edna M. Bauer; his grandchildren, David Byrne and Grace McGinley; and his siblings, Rosemary Zwiebel (Roland "Toots") and Charles Oen (Rebecca).
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte McGinley (Martin) of Centerville, OH, Anita Byrne (Paul) and Mark Oen (Christa) of Troy, OH; and his grandchildren, Josh Byrne (Ashle Eason), Joel Byrne (Kyla), Kelly Byrne, Elizabeth McGinley, Thomas McGinley, Kathryn Oen and Andrew Oen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
