He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin J. N. and Rita Kentner (Fisher); his son Mark Kentner; his grandson Josh Vorhees; his sister Jean Marie Bell; and his brothers-in-law, Leo Cale and Richard Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Kathie; his children, Kevin Kentner (Janice), Michael Kentner, Karen Crooks (Mark), Matthew Kentner (Amy), Melissa Kentner (James Gimeson), Amy Jaromin (Christopher) and Timothy Kentner; his grandchildren, Aaron Vorhees, Kara Kentner, Karli Mertler, Kimberly Kentner, Allison Kothe, Amy Crooks, Alec Geddes, Evan Crooks, Eli Kentner, Olivia Kentner, Emma Kentner, Curran Gimeson, Ryan Gimeson, Zachary Jaromin and Addison Jaromin; his great grandchildren, Jaedon, Kelson, Johnny, Calvin, Riley, Henry, Hoyer, Xander, Cooper and Collins; and his sisters, Carolyn Pfenning (Jim), Judy Bell (Ken) and Joanne Oliver (Richard).
