The memory of Shirley A. Woods of Wapakoneta, Ohio, born in Waynesfield, Ohio, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Meyers and Florence Meyers (Seaman); her daughter Sheila Rene Carter; her granddaughter Courtney Nickole Williams; and her daughter-in-law Christine Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Carter, Rodney Carter (Linda), Frankie Duff (Lance), Tracy Jeanneret (Monty), Shannon Cratty (Clint) and Dirk Williams; and her brother Charles Meyers (Bob Woods). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
