She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Line and Cleona Line (Oakley); her husband Raymond E. "Ray" Billiter; and her sisters, Sandra Morey (Lloyd) and Mary Lou Ledington (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Candy Snyder, Debra "Deb" Fuerst (Virgil Schnarre), William Billiter (Betsy) and Becky Gerstner (Ronald); her grandchildren, Tiffany Snyder (Ryan Jolly), Brooke Oversmith (John), Brian Fuerst, Alex Fuerst (Suzanne), Grace Kraushar (Sam), Maggie Billiter, McKenna Wohn (Adam) and Rob Gerstner; and her great grandchildren, Claire, Noah, Elijah, Silas, Haley, Hank, Layla, Bronson, Millie, Madelyn, Chase, Preston and Raylin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory (1102 Lincoln Ave, Wapakoneta, OH 45895). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
