With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott W. Stombaugh of Wapakoneta, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on August 15, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathy Stombaugh and Jerry Stombaugh (Carol). He is survived by: his wife Rita Stombaugh; his children, David Stombaugh (Ashley), Amanda Cox (Adam) of Savannah, GA and Britny Breidenbach; his sister Teresa Craft (Bill) of Cridersville, OH; and his friend Scott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the National Kidney Foundation.
