He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell E. Moon and Betty Moon (Cole); his wife Connie S. Place; his children, Michelle Watt (Shawn) of Wapakoneta and Michael Moon of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Tyler, Alyssa Watt, Aryka Watt, Alyson Watt, Mara Moon, Sophie Moon and Thatcher Moon; his brothers, David Moon (Rosie) and Steve Moon; his mother-in-law Betty Place; and his brother-in-law Denny Place (Linda).
In keeping with current state guidelines, masks and social distancing are required.
