He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Dorsten; his wife Mildred "Millie" L. Krugh; his mother Melba Dorsten-Lowery (Burd); his son Terry Dorsten; his granddaughter LaRae Dorsten; and his brother James Dorsten.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald J. Dorsten, Jr. of Wapakoneta, OH, David Dorsten of Wapakoneta, OH and Janel Frazier (Jody) of Celina, OH; and his brother Daniel Dorsten (Jean) of St. Marys, OH.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren 25 great-grandchildren.
