He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Fullen and Ruth Fullen (Harris); his wife Tami Mertz; his children, Lisa Frasure, Cathy Fullen, John Oliff and Kristi Oliff; his grandchildren, Stephen, Brittney, Madison, Mitchel, Courtney, Christian and Annabelle; his brothers, Marvin Fullen (Carolyn), Mike Fullen (Carol) and Kevin Fullen (Eula); his granddaughter Caitlin Horlocker; his siblings, Larry Fullen and Millie George; and also Melanie Julien (Jeff).
