He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Bogart and Ethel Bogart (Burden); his wife Lois I. Harshbarger; his children, Susan Miller, Wapakoneta, Douglas Bogart (Koi), Thailand and Timothy Bogart (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Jeff Ritchie, Greg Ritchie (Nicki), Jason Bogart, Matthew Bogart, Steven Bogart, Thomas H. Miller and Tabatha Sheely; his son-in-law Thomas G. Miller; his great grandchild Ivy Sheely; and his sister Kathryn Weaver. He was also cherished by 14 great grandchildren 13 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the First English Lutheran Church or to St. Rita's Hospice.
