He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess O'Neal and Mary A. O'Neal Berger (Skinner); and his son Travis A. O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Sonja N. Chilcoat; and his children, Terry Hernandez (John) and Robert A. Jr. O'Neal (Cheryl) of Ladson, SC. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.
