It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rhea D. Creviston of Wapakoneta, Ohio, born in Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph L. Gillette and Velma R. Gillette (Pond); her sons, Chris Creviston (Jeanne) of Urbana and Chad Creviston of Los Angeles, CA; her grandchildren, Ira Creviston, Jordan Smith and Jasmine Burnside (Nic); her great grandchild Kyleigh Burnside; and her siblings, Leslie Gillette (Peggy) of Harrodsburg, KY, Ron Gillette (Jill) of Wapakoneta and Cheryl Byrne (Mike) of Lima.
Attendees are required to wear masks, practice social distancing, and follow the COVID-19 guidelines established by Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health.
