He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Everett and Alma Sophia Smallwood (Ramge); his spouse Marjorie Maxine Fogt of Cridersville; his daughters, Barbara Ann Selby (Michael A.) and Betty June Smallwood; his grandchildren, Shane Allen Selby, Todd Michael Selby, Chad Edward Selby (Amy) and Michael Jeffrey Selby (Heather); and his brother John "Johnny" Lewis Smallwood. He was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren.
