He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer "Pete" and Patsy Temple. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Temple; his children, Joel, Jesse, Julie, Shawn, Kelly, Samantha and Kara Temple; his brother Patrick Temple (Suzanne) of Wapakoneta; his nephew Andrew Temple (Katie); his son Latchum; and his niece Amy (Abby). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
