He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Joseph Arthur and Carol Mae Metzger Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Mack; his sister Pam Smith (Dave); his children, Joe Arthur, Jayne Arnold and Jim Arthur (Samantha); and his granddaughters, Claire, Aubrey Arnold, Natalie, Cheyanna and Leondra Arthur.
The family highly recommends those in attendance to wear face masks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Northwest Field and Stream, Mercy Health Lima Hospice, or Bethlehem Christian Union Church.
