It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis L. Koch (Wapakoneta, Ohio), who passed away on July 26, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James G. McClintock and Mildred McClintock (Fry); her brother James McClintock; and her sister-in-law Marilyn McClintock. She is survived by: her spouse John C. Koch; her children, John C. Koch II (Linda) of Shelbyville and Teresa A. Curson (Alan) of Southport; and her sister Onnolee Kantner (Earl) of Canal Winchester. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
