He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Eutsler and Easter B. Hickle Eutsler; and his siblings, John, Lucille Gander, Merle, Lulabelle Gasser, James, Wanda Putman, William, Arthur, Carl and Lowell Eutsler.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene M. Eutsler of Moncks Corner, S. C., Mark D. Eutsler (Barbara) of North Charleston, S. C. and Darren P. Eutsler (Missy) of Wapakoneta; his stepchildren, Gloria Freed (Karen) of Rhonda Freed, R. J., David Fuerst (Char), Tana and George; and his sister Mildred Smith. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
