Lochard (Judy), Spencerville, Cynthia Ann Klosterman (John), Marian Annett Kreger (James) and Toledo; his son-in-law Karl Schlegel of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Eric Lochard, Tony Ray Lochard (Chris), Michelle Howard (Duane), Jill Lochard, Jeff Lochard (Patti), Brad Lochard (Angie), Adam Murray, Anthony Lochard (Kim), Tim Rostorfer (Alex), Brian Rostorfer (Myria), Monica Crist (Marc), Angela Merricle (Jon), Danny Klosterman (Linda), Katie Paulus (Jeff), Nick Klosterman (Samantha), Hans Schlegel (Laura) and Heidi Hahn (Eric); his daughter Debbie Lochard; and his brothers, Carl and William Lochard. He was also cherished by 43 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Mark's Lutheran Church or The Gardens at Wapakoneta.
