He is survived by: his wife Shellie Adkins of Wapakoneta, OH; his children, Melinda "Mindy" Duncan (Justin) of Enon, OH, Paula Adkins of Gallipolis, OH, Casey Adkins (Nicole) of Van Wert, OH, Amberly Adkins of North Vernon, IN, Codey Adkins (Laura) of Elida, OH and Jarad Adkins of Toledo, OH; his stepchildren, Steve Angel of Pandora, OH, Toni Schulien of Delphos, OH, Daniel Crow (Catie) of Beaverdam, OH and Adam Crow (Dynasty) of Bluffton, OH; and his siblings, Lisa Nelson (Harold) of Midkiff, WV and Robbie Adkins (Lisa) of West Hamlin, WV.. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren.
