Oakley; his children, Jerome Schaub (Eliane) of Dayton, Terresa Oakes of Wapakoneta, Marsha Fogt (Steve) of Wapakoneta, John Schaub of Botkins, Melissa Nowlin (John) of Anna and Tammera Cervi (John) of Lewis Center; his grandchildren, Belinda Fonner, Michelle Argo, Brandy Luckey, Amanda Chin, Lesley Oakes, Stacy Oakes, Tiffiney Elguera, Gabriel Castro, Jaimee Coffey, Justin Schaub, Nicholas Nowlin, Abigail Nowlin, Jonathan Cervi and Maria Cervi; and his sister Ruth Prenger (Ralph) of Botkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
