Roberta "Bobbi" Welch; his children, Brenda Baldwin (Dale) of Waterloo, IN, Jeff Rich (Nanci), Julie Wisener (Craig), Steve Stoodt (Shantell) and Christine Spicer; and his siblings, Cleta Clary (Harold) of Elwood, IN., Earl, Calvin and Gene Rich. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren.
