He was predeceased by: his grandson Tyler Conley; and his brother Rick Conley. He is survived by: his spouse Beth A. Unum; his children, Brandy Conley of St. Marys, Chrystal Conley of St. Marys and Kory Yaney (Mike) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Alexis, Nick, Garrett, Harper, Hailey, Hadley and Gage; his brothers, Jeff Conley (Tammy) of Lima and Jimmy Conley of Kentucky; and his aunts, Kay Poling (Mel) of Lima and Charlotte Holbrook of Indiana.
