Carroll; his brother Dan Carroll; his grandmother Candace Jakubik; his niece Danielle (Trey Ward); his great-niece Paisley Richards; his great-nephew Shepherd Richards; and his aunts and uncles, Margaret Johns (Jim Miller), Sharon (Roger Marcum), Barbara (Roger Nestle), Dallas Carroll, Gary Carroll, Mike (Denise Carroll), Cheryl (Dan Heiman) and Robin (David Durfee). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
