She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd C. Morey and Katherine E. Morey (Lee); her husband John E. Chapman, Jr.; her son Michael Alan Chapman; and her siblings, Donald Morey (Norma), Rick Morey and Diane Morey.
She is survived by: her children, Terry L. Chapman (Joyce), Teresa Arnold (Richard) and Anita Germann; her grandchildren, Jordan Blatz, Brandon Cooper, Jenna Walther, April Grimm, Rebecca Lacey and Kristen Chapman; her siblings, Barbara Ann Schoffner (late Donald), Lloyd Morey (late Sandra) and Joe Morey (Joyce); and her sister-in-law Melanie Morey. She is also survived by 5 step- grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
