She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Harshbarger and Ada Harshbarger (Seifert); her daughter Sandy Phipps; her granddaughter Jodie Presar; and her siblings, Don Harshbarger, Janelle Sealschott, Betty Grigsby, Dick Harshbarger and Jim Harshbarger.
She is survived by: her spouse Lee F. "Tater" Presar; and her children, Linda Doseck (Wilbur) of Wapakoneta, Joe Presar (Judie) of Wapakoneta, Randy Presar (Deb) of Wapakoneta and Pam Wachauf (Joe) of Wapakoneta. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, & 10 great great grandchildren.
