He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Swallow and Nellie Swallow (Taylor); his son Lynn Swallow; and his sister Shirley Evans. He is survived by: his wife Janice Sue Swallow (Cook); his children, Rebecca Binkley (Carl) and William "Bill" Swallow; his daughter-in-law Kim Swallow; and his grandchildren, Dustin, Renee, Brian, Megan, Jason, Brittney and Rachael. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
