She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace V. Richey and Frieda M. Richey (Feller); her husband Carl E. Wuebbenhorst; her brothers, Carl Richey, Andrew Richey and Thomas Richey; and her stepmother Helene Richey (Wuebbenhorst).
She is survived by: her children, Carl Jr. 'Junior' Wuebbenhorst (Penny Metz) of Wapakoneta, OH., Kathi Overley of Wapakoneta, OH., Cynthia 'Cindy Tester of Wapakoneta, OH., Carla Wuebbenhorst of Wapakoneta, OH. and Alan Wuebbenhorst of Wapakoneta, OH.; and her siblings, Horace 'Bud' Richey (Sharon) of Lakeland, FL, Janice Reynolds (Russ) of Lima, OH, Christine, Herbert 'Herb' Richey (Jeanette) of St. Marys, OH and Frank Richey (Beverly) of Troy, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to hold public services, but due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, visitation and funeral services will be strictly held to family only.
