She is survived by: her parents, Michael Helmstetter (Kathy) of Ozan, Arkansas and Scarlett Helmstetter (Blair) of Saint Marys; her fiancé Scottey Luedeke of Wapakoneta; her children, Amberly Helmstetter of Wapakoneta, Liliana Luedeke of Wapakoneta, Braxton Luedeke of Wapakoneta and Riley Luedeke of Saint Marys; and her siblings, Jordan Helmstetter of Saint Marys, Cassandra Helmstetter of Wapakoneta, Jamie Brown (Cindy) of Coldwater, Ohio and Justin Brown (Kileen Rockhold) of West Mansfield, Ohio..
