He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Corey Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Donald McIntyre and Cherie McIntyre (Shoffstall); his daughter Alexis; his siblings, Traci Winslow (Steve), Patti Doering, Lisa Westergren (Chris), Nancy McIntyre and Mike McIntyre; and his close friend Kelly Bulinda. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
