He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kinstle and Marietta Kinstle (Ruppert); his siblings, Harold "Whitey" Kinstle, Jr. and Ruth Koenig (Ken); and his brother-in-law Melvin Wannemacher.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ricker; his children, Becky Bailey (Bill), Bob Kinstle (Sandy), Linda Ratterman (Tony) and Craig Kinstle (Anna); his stepchildren, Beth Hock (Nancy), Ron Warnecke (Julie), Chuck Warnecke (Kerry) and Jeff Warnecke (Steph); his sister Marilyn Wannemacher; his sister-in-law Laura Mae Voisard (Jerry); and his close friend Patsy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 step-grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren & 5 step-great grandchildren.
