He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne, Lena "Susie" Hawley, Harry and Gladys Jackson. He is survived by: his parents, John Jackson (Susan) and Pamela Fairburn (Tom); his wife Kendra Jones Jackson; his children, Alaina and Evan; his brother Myke Jackson (Kim) of Morrow, OH; his uncle Jeff Jackson (Peggy) of Lima; and his stepbrothers, Ken Fairburn (Andrea) of Lima, Scott Fairburn (Deb) of Lima and Matt Fairburn (Jill) of Huber Heights. He is also survived by several cousins and many great friends.
Memorial contributions may be given in his honor to the Wapakoneta Community Foundation or St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
