She was predeceased by: her mother Betty McBeth (Haley); her husband Gary L. McCoy Sr.; her son Gary McCoy Jr.; and her siblings, Mike McBeth and D. Jean Shartzer.
She is survived by: her father Lester McBeth; her stepson Rich McCoy; her grandson Devon McCoy; her sisters, Pat Barrett (Chester) of Wapakoneta and Betty Cotterman (Bill) of Wapakoneta; and her sister-in-law Sherry McCoy. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
