It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Pollet Piper of Wapakoneta, Ohio, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on June 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pollet and Neomi Pollet (Copp); her husband Robert Piper; and her siblings, Charles Pollet and Carolyn Moodie.
She is survived by: her former husband Paul Lowe; her sister Judy Sullo (Ernie DeSalvatore); her daughters, Lynnda Gilliam (Ed) of Nellysford, VA and Jane Burke (Michael); and her siblings-in-law, Danny Moodie and Doris Pollet. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
