He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma and Joseph R. Wygal, Sr.; his father-in-law Richard Moyer; and his brother-in-law Mike Moyer. He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. Moyer Wygal; his children, Quinn Wygal of Wapakoneta and Joanna Wygal of Lima; his mother-in-law Patricia Moyer of Waynesfield; his brother Tim Wygal (Wanda) of Lexington, KY; his cousin Mike Phipps of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Regina Turner (Tadd) of Harrod, Terry Moyer (Mary) of Sidney and Scott Moyer. He is also survived by four nieces and six nephews.
